I screwed up. I screw up all the time

I've always been a procrastinator, and more often than not, I find myself in situations where I want to say "no" to someone but have procrastinated for SOOOO long, that I still have to do it, only to make things sour.
The fact is, I know the consequences of delaying acting on it - it is only going to get worse, but I am just so afraid sometimes. I really hope I am not alone in this, but it really is making me very angry at myself.

Please calm down and ask yourself, why am I feeling bad? So that it will open a possibility, and it will be sent to you through your intuition. Then your mood will change.

if it makes you mad, why don't you try to change it? what are you doing when you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing?
