Importance of fruits

We eat more vegetables than fruits. We underrate the importance or significance of fruits. But, one can get blows of diseases if fruits are not eaten on a regular basis. Fruits like apples, bananas, guavas, sweet limes, pomegranates, etc. need to be befriended. I have enhanced the intake of fruits a long time back. I consume at least 4 fruits on a daily basis. I love apples and bananas more than other fruits. There are a few marks or spots on my tongue, for which I consume Vitamin-C routinely. My tongue feels better now. It needs to be pointed out that solid fruits are much more beneficial than fruit juices. One derives more nutritional value by eating solid fruits. I follow this philosophy in my real life. However, fruit juices are not useless or bootless. They serve many purposes also. I steer clear of mangoes because I get hit by dysentery if I take mangoes. But, I have seen many people eating mangoes without any hassles or problems. The more nutritious your fruits are, the better it is for your health. Nutrition is a key subject in a person's life.

true..fruits are very essential for maintaining good health..i take seasonal fruits regularly..whatever fruit is available in the season

How I wish I can eat more fruits (and vegetables) more often. Alas, there's usually a budget issue. Thankfully, in the recent days, neighbors have been giving us fruits from their trees. First, one neighbor gave us jackfruit. Then two neighbors each gave us a bag of rambutan. Yummm! It's a give and take, I guess. We gave neighbors mangoes from our tree in the past months.

So true, nutrition is important. Fruits have suddenly become costly in our place. Yet, I buy some bananas and guavas these days.
