how do you tell someone they have stinky breath? / myLot

I have a friend who has really stinky breath, doesnt matter the time of day the breath still smells, how do you let them know without embarrasing them?

I have done that before but I do not want them to get the idea that I am implying the wrong thing, i just want a way to do it without letting the person know outright that his breath stinks
