Its name "diamond" is precious itself and this jewel has been an undeniable symbol of luxury. Unfortunately, I have never touched nor seen diamonds in my life. I only see such in movies. Thus, I felt the need to know more about this jewel. Based on my readings, here are some impressive and interesting information about diamonds: 1. A diamond is the world's natural hardest material and its name is derived from the Greek word "adamas" which means indestructible. 2. Diamonds' age is at most 3 billions of years. 3. Colorless diamonds are the rarest. 4. Diamonds are believed to provide strength and courage during battle so warriors and kings would wear them. 5.
