A special day today, my elder daughter and I are going for a swab test noontime.
Went about the kitchen preparing breakfast: cheese omelet, two kinds of ham, and hot rice. My elder daughter had a late night international conference. She couldn't get up for her daily chore.
Here I am, settled on my cozy bed, listening to the chirping of a swallow coming from my trimmed mango tree. Perhaps there's a new nest now and the birds have come to greet me a glorious morning again.
As I checked the memories I had on fb, a quote from Cardinal Chito Tagle showed it had received so many likes, Sharing it with you not because I need more 'likes' but for your own meditation.

@allen0187 Not much appetite yet but the taste is back. She's singing while doing the research.
With dry cough. Am forcing her to drink lots of coco buko.
Gosh, my back is tired. We keep on washing the linen and disinfecting the plates and glasses, sterilizing the spoon and fork.....
It's really exhausting when one is sick.

@rsa101 Technically, an urbanist is a city planner. In our country, the license is called EnP for Environmental Planner. My daughter advocates for green spaces and pedestrian priority in the metropolis. Includes care for women.

Thank you. No virus at all. No symptoms, too.
I believe my younger daughter's immune system was just compromised because of a straight ten day duty with lack of sleep. Plus, her last CS procedure was on a CoViD patient.
