Does more Work load makes you sleep till late?

I think this could be due to the weather which is making us tired and sweaty and also the increased work load that's making me face issues in waking up early morning because earlier on I used to wake up at 6 am or little before it but these days I always wanted to sleep till late.
Does more Work load makes you sleep till late?

@Butterfingers Some stress is healthy for you, but if it's affecting your health, then it's too much.

@Butterfingers Yes. But when I have work to do I wake up, make a strong cup and sleep in the afternoon instead.

Sometimes more work load made me sleep very late, it nearly 24:30 pm, however I wake up earlier at 6:am every morning no matter I slept very late last night, now I tried to sleep earlier around 23:00pm, now I think it is better for our health to sleep earlier. Please try your best to sleep earlier.

More work load ...more stress...physically and mentally...i don't get sleep in such situations..
