Hubby's Dinner Creations Are Now 1-1!

I have to brag on the hubby for this week's dinner on my work day. I worked Wednesday until closing at 6 pm and didn't get home until after 8 pm. My hubby had texted me mid afternoon and said he was cooking pork chops for dinner. I asked what he was fixing with them and he said no clue. So I suggested potato salad and brussel sprouts. He said that was fine. I got home and dinner was ready all except for the brussel sprouts. He told me that he burned them. I looked at them and told him we could save them, they were just scorced and we would drain them and finish cooking them in the microwave. I don't know how he scorced them because they are not cooked at all. However the pork chops were very good and seasoned very, very well. He told me he wanted to make sure I could taste the seasoning tonight...haha! It was a good dinner and no complaints. I even did the dishes. Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain
