Healthy diet during pandemic!

Hi everyone... We're now experiencing pandemic.. health and wellness means a lot! Vitamins and minerals as immunity boosters in COVID-19 These are my daily healthy dose: 1. Got Vitamin C intake. 2. Fruits, Leafy Veggies and meat diet. 3. Extra source of energy through dairy products. Please share your diet plan and food to eat to fight Covid-19, feel free to share! KeepSafe everyone!

I can only eat few kinds of vegetables, those that are low in Oxalates and Lectins because I have bad rashes that I never know it was from the food intake.

@cacay1 Yes, something like that. At first, I thought because of the seafoods, but it's not.
