Waking on the Wee Hours of the Morning

Woke up a tat too early at the most ungodly hour of the morning. For whatever reason, I can't lull my self back to sleep. So I stood up for a mug of coffee. Watched an episode of Big Bang Theory, a default viewing favorite. Two more mugs. Now I am wide awake!
Muttered a prayer to Mama Mary. A 'Hail Mary' always helps. It feels like I get tucked warm and safe underneath our Lady's Blue Mantle. So comforting.
Remembered I wrote a post about our Lady entitled 'The Ark of the Covenant' nine days ago. Received no comment about our Lady.
Incidentally, that post was written also at the wee hours of the morning. Can't help but think that our Lady is prodding me to remind everyone to pray more and repent.
Statuses on my fb page shows a 'lone lit candle' image again, a friend said she lost two friends to CoViD-19 yesterday.
Let us pray the Holy Rosary and meditate on the Life of our Lord through the eyes of His Holy Mother.
Image is the scapular Rosary put on me by Fr. Jerry Orbos, SVD in 2013. The missionary priest told me never to remove it. Got entangled and removed briefly so my daughter could untangle the knots.

Oh no! You must change your daily routine. Night sleep is mandatory for the regeneration of the organs of the body. You must sleep.
Pray also. Prayers can lull us to sleep.

@Deepizzaguy Remember - eight hours of sleep for the eight organs of the body.
I think the last to heal is the skin. That is why, if the sleep is not complete, the skin gets wrinkled.

@eileenleyva That is true but today even though the weather was cooler and conducive to sleeping I woke up very early at 4 am because of nature calls.
It took me about half an hour before I was able to find sleep again and my sleep was light already as I am aware that in a few hours I would wake up again.

@rsa101 The North Winds bring cheer-filled memories of my family gone by. If only time stood still.

The Rosary is a chain that symbolizes the crown of roses (corona de rosas} of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is the Mother of God. Each bead in the Rosary, as we pray the Hail Mary, becomes a rose. When the prayer is completed, then it becomes a crown. You can pray to the Holy Mother to send the crown to a loved one for protection.
The prayers in the Rosary is a meditation on the life of Jesus our Lord, from His Birth to His Resurrection and Ascension into Heaven, plus the Assumption of the Holy Mother to Heaven.

It's a good thing you were able to keep your grandmother's and mother's rosaries. Those are the true treasures we must guard with out hearts.

One 'Our Father,' one 'Hail Mary,' and one 'Glory Be,' could rest you back to sleep. The prayers are comforting.

"Millions of stars are placed in the stars by one God." That's a line from a song I sang as a child.
Religion is a way of life that makes us what we ought to be - decent human beings, to say the least..
"Millions of men calling to Him by many a different name," the song continues. "One Father loving each the same."
God loves the morning and evening prayers because we communicate with Him.

But that is the witching hours. How could that not be fun!
Joke!
I know what you mean.
Try praying. Count Hail Mary's to get back to sleep.
