Badly knitted but finally completed

I decided to pull out all the old and unfitted clothes from the cupboard but ended up knitting for the doormat. It's been a long time, I have forgotten how to knit anymore, but fortunately, I still manage to do simple one While knitting due to unsatisfactory work, it was loosened multiple times and restarted all over. Finally, this is how my outcome appeared. In between, my knitted mat almost looks like hats . which makes me disappointed and leaving it for some days to continue. Now I am experiencing numb fingers, heavy hands and shoulders, wonder how people can do it smoothly. I think I may not do it again This is painful to me.
