Enough walking...

I went to the grocery store bus stop to hop the bus and go to a street that connected to a street I used to live on so I could drop off a baby gift. Since I was practically to my old street, I walked to it and then down it to my old neighborhood. First I stopped at my house, and looked around at what my brother had been doing. Instead of getting new cabinets for the kitchen, he's taken the doors off and is painting them in the master bedroom. He painted the buffet, too. After taking a look around the house I left, grabbing a couple of butterfly stakes out of the garden to use here. I stopped at a few of the neighbors' houses to say hello, and chatted for a bit with some of them. On the way home I stopped at a couple of "Little Libraires" and snagged a couple of books. When I got home, the first thing Angel wanted was a walk, so we went. I've had about enough of walking right now. I no longer have a step counter, but I am pretty darn sure that I have gotten at least 10,000 steps so far today !
