Banana hack

Mom loves buying bananas , its a requirement in our house to eat banana once or twice depending on your liking. But there was a small problem , our bananas are getting over riped already. Mom doesnt want to waste food so she asked me what I think of the over riped bananas. I told her I saw some hacks online , I will make it a desert. Good thing the easy ingredients are found in our fridge and grocery . Grated cheese, condensed milk and peanuts. I peeled the bananas and fried them over medium heat. Placed the bananas on a plate , put on the condensed milk, then sprinkled grated cheese. For added flavor I ground the peanuts and sprinkled them on top of grated cheese and thats it . Ready to serve! . Picture included.

Make banana bread. It's awesome. 1C white sugar 1/4 C shortening 1 1/2 C flour 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 C buttermilk or whole milk soured with 1 1/2 tsp vinegar 3 over ripe bananas. Mix and pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour or until a skewer comes out clean. You can eat it right away or wait for it to cool. I like mine with butter. I suppose I should convert those measurements and temp for you. Sorry.

If bananas in our home over riped, my mom will immediately make fried banana, or godok pisang ( it kind of fried ball made form dough of banana and flour), or banana cake

@iKONICNoona my favourite is fried banana as over riped banana if fried becomes very soft and very sweet ( downside is sometimes they become extremely sweet depends on what kind of banana that over ripe and fried) and immediately melt in your mouth after you eat it
