Still Loosing, A Little at a Time

I started exercising again after weighing myself and just hating it. Not to mention I just wasn't happy with me. It wasn't just the number the scale showed.
I started Five days ago at 194.8
I am currently at 193.2
It's slow but it's going down.
So much more to go but I will get there. Between exercising twice a day and rookie school, I should be at goal weight...maybe by the end of the year.
I have a small goal first. Gradually loose the weight instead of trying to do it all at once.
I'm proud of myself for just everything right now. No one can wipe this smile off my face or take the bounce out of my step today.
Oh! I even did a push-up type tik tok last night. I wasn't perfect on it but I took a shot.

Someone came up with a push up challenge. It was a few different moves in one challenge. I did that on tick tock

I think you`re doing good. It is really not easy to lose weight when you get older.

I'm not that old...yet. Though those younger than me inadvertently remind me that I am getting there quickly.
