P is for Paralympics / myLot

Does anybody watch the Paralympics? I just cant do it. I get that its very empowering for the athletes and a great achievement that grows great pride but watching the event seems a bit of an intrusion on their struggles to me. Some of it is quite funny but I know I am not supposed to laugh , like watching the little people waddle out to putt the shot or throw a the javelin. There are so many different classes in the different sports that it feels like its more about giving everyone medal.

I do neither watch the Paralympics nor the "regular" Olympics or any other sportive event. It's the most boring subject there is.

I don't watch the Paralympics, or the ordinary Olympics. I'm not into sport at all really.

Yes. My feelings exactly. Specially when they play basketball. I keep thinking.......oh no he's going to fall or his wheel is going to turn over........ paralyzed sportspersons are very strong, but watching them makes my heart weak.
