Are men as concerned with weight as women?

Just wondering if men are as concerned as most women are about weight- not from a health point of view but from a looks aspect.

Personally, I'm not worried about my weight problem. My favorite shirt says "I'm in shape, Round is a shape".
My doctor even tells me to watch what I eat, and I do. I watch the food go from the plate, to the fork, and finally, go to my mouth.
