What keeps you awake in the middle of the night?

Wondering if we will be able to pay medical bills we incurred for my husband’s very necessary medical treatments.
Pain from two chronic medical conditions.
The thought of always having to do more so who needs sleep? (I understand that I will function better with a good night’s sleep, but logic really has no place here.)

sometimes it is the thoughts about my future other times it is the regrets of past that keeps me awake in the middle of night

I am sorry to hear that. Might I suggest bug spray or a mosquito net? I hope this goes better for you. However winter will eventually be here, and all of the little irritants will die so ther is that.
