Why I like social media, can do some cool things like steal peoples ideas. The Dreadnoughts the somewhat new Canadian punk sea shanty band posted how they think the after the show pictures are so awkward and they do not really like it because its pretty fake. Something like that what I got the feeling they were saying in a more polite way. That its more for corporate sponsors than the fans themselves but fans themselves create the madness by wanting to pay top dollar to meet the band. I just said love the humbleness and sounds like you would love playing with this band. So if you see a Dreadnoughts, Street Dogs concert you are welcome. I planted the seed. I am not sure though because the lead singer of Street Dogs is a paramedic now. or no, he is a emergency hotline responder, that was years ago though, not sure but after their recent album, did not hear much other than political stuff. Did not sound like they toured much because Mike McColgan wanted to be a fireman originally but did not meet the qualifications and why he dropped out of the Drop Kick Murphies where he was original lead singer. So he went into the emergency response thing and made a new band called "The Street Dogs." Homie the real deal and could care less about fame and money and the lime light. Isn't that anti American?
