Born on August.29.1914, Nonna would have been 107 today, she’s been gone for nearly eighteen years,but she’s very much still a part of our lives, our conversations, there are still so many questions we wish we could ask her, she was always open and honest with us while being supportive. We had her through our childhoods, she celebrated birthdays with us, we went to her house on Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, had sleep overs, my first stories were typed out on her 1930’s Remington Typewriter, she supported our dreams, but did not tolerate nonsense. Another birthday without her here physically but still we celebrate the beautiful woman she was.
