EGG and Cheese

I think this discussion is perfect this morning. Its about how our fanily loves egg in the morning . My brother wants his sunny side up , same with my sister and her daughter. Me, I love my eggs sunny side up with extra crunchiness so I mediumly cooked them. Mom likes the runny type of cooked eggs .
Recently , just to have a variation of its taste , Im cooking scrambled eggs with cheese on it and its so good . I have learned too that when you mix milk on scrambled eggs it becomes extra fluffy and it tastes good as well . My Lotters do you have other ways in cooking eggs? It would be fun sharing them . I like mine sunny side up and crunchy on the edge as well and the only person who can perfectly cook that for me was my mom. And it’s been more than 30 years since i tasted her perfectly cooked eggs.

Eggs in a basket I do my scrambled because I don’t like fired eggs abs runny yoke. Either do my kids but they do like eggs in a basket scrambled. Some times I do just scramble eggs sandwich or cook up eggs and add pancakes syrup one the eggs when they are done. So good. My husband does that to his eggs and I tried when I was pregnant with first child and every since I do the same thing.

@iKONICNoona welcome! I make me eggs kind of like a pancake. You can also use pancake mix to make the eggs fluffy instead of milk.
