I am craving for this sweet snack We had a place where they used to make them fresh in our presence and we could buy them. That place is now closed. Jalebis are easy t make. You just need flour curds colouring to prepare the batter. The batter is put in a mulsin cloth and squeezed into the hot oil in the pan to form the jalebi and deep fried. They are then lowered in hot sugar syrup. The sugar syrup is flavoured with cardamom .
