My life is completely complicated or change

As you know I can sense a ghost it's still draining my energy.
I can't think straight here sometimes because of the negative entity here is too strong.
The other world which is the good one asked me to meditate so that I will calm down but everytime I will meditate I feel a lot like tingling my hand, warmth and I can't explain the other feeling I've been through.
I think you are aware that there's a possible I can contact my guardian through meditation.
Yesterday we've been explain what is going on to me.
I'm glad he understand but I don't know if he will understand what will happen to me in the future. I've been warned to my friend who have ability
like me that there will be a lot of limitations like I have to follow the rules because the other world is "rules is rules".
My sense is getting stronger.
Wish me luck about this.

You have a gift that many do not have. It is your choice if you will accept it and use it for your own good and to help others with your gift. Some do not want that extra gift they are given because of the responsibility it entails so good luck on your journey if you decide to harness it further.

Have you considered having your third eye closed? I have friends who have such abilities and one of them didn’t want it so she had them closed. She couldn’t handle seeing ghosts or entities that aren’t in this world. She wanted peace of mind. And she got it.

You should stop meditations especially yoga so you stop inviting demons. When you empty yourself, demons might enter you
