After I put the groceries away, I started to make cupcakes to take to church tonight. I didn't have any frosting, so I put mini chocolate chips in them. I didn't have a mixer, so I mixed the ingredients in the blender; including the chocolate chips, so they may turn out a bit marble-y. I'm referring to them as "muff-cakes" since the look like muffins w/o the frosting. Some time while I was waiting for them to be done, I unloaded the dishwasher. Right now the muff-cakes are cooling. They didn't turn out as marble-y as I thought they would.
