I just learned that it's National Hummingbird Day. Like I have time to properly celebrate another holiday right in the middle of Labor Day Weekend.
Not that you, or anyone else for that matter, cares about my problems and that's just as it should be. As my friend, Gordon, said, "Greed is good!" And what fuller expression of greed could there be than the total disregard of someone else's problems?
But do you fully realize just how bad it is? It's not just National Hummingbird Day. Oh no, that'd be too easy. So, to prevent life from being oversimplified and bearable, God has also seen fit to make today NATIONAL SPICE BLEND DAY as well!
To make things even worse, National Beer Day isn't until April 7.

@xander6464 It sure is. I also have lots of butterflies and one small dragonfly come by to say hi. I love it and hope to have more next year.
