Recently i plan to improve my English both in oral and written, and my plan is to recite 2 English articles every week, and write diary every. Do you have any suggestions to me? Thank you!

Yes, you should listen to as much English video's, movies, whatever you can find, that will help.

Listen and watch movies. Then try to repeat some familiar words. It helps
