I knew I struck gold when I found this site because I have tried other Matchmaker Sites to find like minded people to help me and I help them find/invest in Real Estate ventures especially in their own areas. You've seen all the infomercials on TV, read the books now it's time to act. The real money to be made here happens when you buy then turnover the property for a profit. Doesn't have to have a building on it either. Never mind all the terms and lender tricks, it's not necessary. Just do it right and do it frequently. I need to know who else is interested out there to help me and I help you spot good properties. I live in the Pacific Northwest near Tacoma/Seattle and you?
