Even though the Caldor Fire has damaged many homes and property in California, there is a silver lining in the dark cloud via the work of Ashlee Smith. Ashlee who know lives in Reno Nevada is one person who knows what the fire victims who are suffering due to the loss of their houses since when Ashlee was eight years of age, her home was destroyed in a fire. Ashlee who runs a charity called "Ashlee's Toy Closet" collects toys for children, used the tragic incident in her childhood to give back to her community by going to the Green Valley Community Church in Placerville California on Monday. Ashlee has been giving away toys to needy children for 14 years since seeing the smiles from children who receive toys from her charity work makes her a very happy person.

I agree with you since Ashlee knows what the children are feeling loss of their toys in the fire since it makes her a very happy person.

Many children under my care need toys. They would have loved such a gift.
