Bad ISP

Thru my life years.
I had subscribe to multiple Internet Service Provider.
From PLDT, Smart, Globe, Converge, Sun Celluar. Sky Broadband etc...
I think the worse ISP I think is my current ISP.
So what current ISP? it is GLOBE.
Globe ISP send an email to me and asking for feedback.
I wrote my bad experience and submitted to them.
I think the Globe company is not bad I think what makes Globe
bad are their employees.
The big problem that I had with them is slow connection and they are unable
to upgrade my internet connection to FIBER.
I found out that the reason my connection failed to upgrade is because of
their lazy technician employees.
The company is good but the LAZAY EMPLOYEES are the one degrading the company. But I guess Globe should have an inspector to track their employees performance. So Globe has a responsibility as well.
So how is your ISP doing?

The technician is actually not under their employment. They’re third party the company is tied up with. Globe listens to their customer and their priority is their customer. I hope they have read your message and would solve your issue.

Pldt home fibre because PLDT was the first one to fibre optic here. But me and my family, my siblings, husband and including our children are globe postpaid subscribers for many many years. And it’s impossible that we’d switch to smart. @solidcodes

We all go through that and finally land at a place that is workable but you seem to still have trouble . I am fine with Airtel

I have two, PLDT and Sky. Although Sky was bundled with their cable but of course after what happened to their franchise, they ended up restructuring the plan so most of what I pay for goes to the internet connection.
Am happy with both PLDT and Sky. I can be happier if they upgrade us to theri FIBR plans but none are available yet in our area.

I don't know where in the world you are, but I'm in the UK and our internet is provided by BT (British Telecom). (There are other internet providers in the UK, but our household uses BT incase you thought everyone in the UK uses BT!)
