I had my vaccine 3 days ago. its quite fine at first.
no side effect and I feel okay. then the night came, I feel sick.
Like Headache, Numb of joints and fever with chills.
now i felt low in energy. and always hungry even I already ate to many.
How possibly to feel okay again and to do the usual things.
Its like I'm scared to have the 2nd dose of the vaccine.6 people like this

That is just natural, treat if like a normal fever and take medicine and hyrdrate yourself.

Don't be scared .. because fear can lower your immune system.. Just make sure you boost your immune system by eating nutritious foods.. fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water ... vitaminD and C supplements while you are waiting for your next dose..
