Health Benefits of Dryfruits! Include it in your daily diet!!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I have recently included Dryfruits in my diet. I mean I use to have it earlier then I had taken a break.
I have started consuming it daily and have also found many benefits which I would like to share it with you guys. Firstly, I love almost all Dryfruits like Almonds, Pistachios, Walnut, Cashews, Raisins, Apricot, Anjeer, Dates etc.
The several health benefits of Dryfruits in our diet are as follows:-
1) It helps to boost immunity which is so required in the current situation. The essential oils, proteins, potassium and calcium in it helps to increase the immunity levels in our body.
2) It helps to lose weight. Nuts taken in moderation helps in weight loss as they are low in fats, carbohydrates and sugar. It has proteins and essential oil which helps in weight reduction.
3) It keeps our skin healthy and wrinkle free. Dryfruits help keeps our skin healthy as they are rich in essential oils and antioxidants which are good for healthy skin.
4) Fight against Constipation. Dry fruits have lot of fiber in it hence it helps to combat constipation and improve our gut system.
5). Helps to prevent cancer. Dryfruits like
Almonds and cashews contains lot of
antioxidants and phytonutrients which
prevents the activity of Cancer causing cells.
6). Maintains a healthy heart. Dryfruits
controls cholesterol levels and normalises
blood sugar levels especially raisins. They
also reduce risk of heart disease and stroke.
7). Healthy Bones. Dryfruits are rich in
proteins, calcium and other micro nutrients
which help to maintain healthy bones and
strengthen them.
8). Helps to fight against stress and
depression. Dryfruits are very effective in
battle against stress and depression. It
also improves brain health and memory.
Now as you all know the various health benefits of Dryfruits. Try including them in your daily diet for healthy body and mind. You will be able to notice its magic.
