What topic would you choose in front of an audience?

To speak in front of an audience of 100 people, what topic would you choose and how long would you speak on it? I think I would choose 'spiritual life ' as a topic and could speak for half an hour.

I would choose something about my career in hairdressing and would speak about an hour on it.
