Someone upstairs must like Callahan Florida resident Brian Woodle who won the $1,000,000 million dollar prize in the $5 Gold Rush Supreme scratch off lottery on the same day that Brian opened up his own mechanic shop on Tuesday. Brian who enjoys repairing automobiles went to buy a few items at a Circle K store after the end of his first work day at his own mechanic shop where he paid $5 dollars to play the scratch off game which paid him $1,000,000 dollars. Brian decided to take the one time payment which after state and Federal taxes will receive $880,000 dollars. I am sure that Brian will use his lottery winnings to pay off his bills and take care of his family since I am sure he enjoys the challenge of repairing autos for a living despite winning a six figure lottery win. It is rare for a person who opens their own business on the same day that he wins a huge lottery payout.

I am sure that Brian being young as he is at 46 will continue to work on repairing autos since we all need something to challenge us or else we get bored with life.

I agree with you since it is rare for anyone to win a huge lottery prize after he or she opened up their own business that he dreamed of owning.

Heck I have been playing the lottery over 40 years and the most I have won was $2,500 years ago---I hate to think how much I have spent to 'win' that much!

That's quite a windfall. Ohio doesn't have high-winning scratch-off tickets unless you buy the $20 ones.
