Lot of Food Trucks have come up here especially on weekends!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. As you know I love food and I stay at a place name Surat which is very popular for its yummy food. Since few years, I have noticed that the trend of food trucks have peaked up in India and especially where I live. They are there in certain areas on weekends. As cases are declining in Gujarat, India. We can see many food trucks on weekends as people roam outside and eat from outside too. These food trucks menu are varied too. One can get Garlic bread, Pizzas, Frankie, Momos to Milkshakes, Cold Coco and Mocktails too. Lot of people are enjoying the food from these food trucks and take parcel to home as well. We aren't eating much outside food though. Another special thing at our place is people carry mats and don't shy away from sitting on platforms which are made on the side of main roads to eat yummy food. On weekends, there are many stalls who are selling different kinds of Parathas, Pavbhaji, Tawa Pulav etc. People of Surat enjoy yummy food on weekends and especially the spicy food.
