On the Treadmill: Day Two

I've started a walking program... again. I haven't walked on the treadmill today yet, but I will. This time I really want to lose weight. And not only do I want to lose weight, I want to be healthier, a lot healthier and a lot smaller in size. Day one of being on the treadmill was an unofficial day one until I decided to write about it here on myLot so that you all can give me some type of accountability, even though I know that motivation comes from within. So yeah, treadmill day two.

I just BOUGHT the treadmill (not too long ago)! I'm trying to create a nice body for myself. Work with me here, Scotland. Walking outside IS interesting and beautiful as well, but I like to be able to walk whenever the mood strikes and having a treadmill makes things convenient.

Until people started pooping on footpaths.
Give me a treadmill any day.
Don't go to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. Not so Bonnie now,
