Unexpected trip...

I wasn't planning on turning in the papers and things for the preschool until I was all done watching the training videos, but after my on line appointment today I looked at my email, and saw something titled "W-4" from the director at the new preschool. Upon reading it, I saw that she said that she needed my W-4 so that she could pay me for the orientation, and could I walk it down there? I answered and said I'd take it now, and I did. When I got there she thanked me, and said that she wasn't sure if I could do both training videos at home, I might have to do one there (?). She also said (apologetically?) that the first payment I get might be a "hard check" as opposed to being direct deposit. I didn't say it out loud, but personally, I didn't care--it would just be wonderful to get paid! I guess I'll start watching that first training video and see how it goes. I hope that your day/evening/etc. is going well in your part of myLot land !
