Do You Watch Films ?

Technology has changed very very fast. Some years ago we could see films only in cinema halls. Next came video halls which cut into the cinema halls. When TV came to families and videos could be watched in your parlour, video halls disappeared.
All this fast changes have hit cinema halls in Kolkata adversely. Many of the popular cinema halls have closed their doors. I remember watching some memorable films in Elite, Tiger, Metro, Paradise and some other halls.
Now, films are available on your palms. But there is an extraordinary pleasure in watching a film on large screen.
I no longer watch films even at home. The last full length film I watched on our TV was Salman starrer Bajrangi Bhaijan. It was a heart warming story.

And are the cinemas open there right now?
I do love going to the cinema, but right now it would be a bit risky.
