Gloomy and Cloudy Day....But

No rain!! I thought for sure we would see rain today with the sky nothing but a solid cloud. It was also very muggy and humid and the rain would have cooled the temperature down a bit.
We also had a high percentage of rain in the forecast today at around 60% or more the last time I looked at the weather yesterday. Poor weather guys were wrong again.
