Well, 10 minutes done today and... we're on to Day 4. Walking is a mental challenge for me, rather than a physical one. I'm *physically* capable of walking for an hour non-stop on the treadmill, but *mentally* I'm just not there yet.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. I like being able to walk whenever I want to, even at 2 or 3 in the morning, if I feel so inclined. I haven't been using my treadmill a whole lot, so I'm challenging myself to do better.

Years ago I went to a gym and the one thing I loved was walking on a treadmill, I would think of all kinds of things I had to do while I was on three and could walk for a long time,

Over the years I've had several gym memberships, even hired a personal trainer at one of the gyms. I didn't keep up with having a personal trainer, but I loved walking on a treadmill, and just like you I would walk and think. Treadmills are things of beauty.
