How I avoided Insomnia

I avoided Insomnia by doing the following: 1. Drinking milk, it promotes good sleep through the effects of Melatonin. 2. Not sleeping for more than 15 mins in day/afternoon time. 3. Not drinking "more" caffeine, in other words limiting my caffeine intake (can be found in coffee and softdrinks) 4. Avoiding troubles and conflicts (it makes me think at night, so better avoid them) 5. Always think positive. What else can you add? Please share

I only have insomnia when had a lots of stress oc office. But these days try not think much about it
