Tonight's dinner was an easy favorite. Peanut butter fried rice. Plain and simple.
I had a 1 cup serving with 1 cup saved for a another meal. No I didn't consume the entire bag of rice! LOL
What are you up to tonight? I want to side hustle if the cat would leave my office chair. Yes, the cat is obsessed. I guess I could take my laptop to the kitchen but who's office is this? Uuugh
So, I guess I have to wait for his master to come home.

I've never heard of peanutbutter with rice. Love peanutbutter, but not rice. Hope you enjoyed it, though.
