I saw this article while scrolling Facebook on the way to the lake earlier.
I didn't get a chance to read anything more than the headline before I lost service, so when things settled down after dinner I decided to look it up and see what craziness was going on.
This. This has to be the best, weirdest news article I have seen in awhile.
It's a short article, and definitely worth the read.

How do you know he was insane? and not under the influence of something?

It means they made a choice, a bad one to be under the influence.
and drunk or high people are out all the time.
