Me and My Cat

I guess i am a cat lady. I inherited the cat when my brother and husband died. He's not terribly fond of me. He puts up with me because he wants to be fed, petted and brushed. My friends keep trying to explain that he is a comfort cat. Yes, I will miss him when he's gone, but I don't ever think I will have a pet again. I think I am getting pretty good at being alone.
