How to Make Biscotti's

So I don't have my Nonna's exact recipe for Biscotti's I thought I'd share you a link to help those who want up make them do so, it's by no means a quick process, Biscotti's are basically twice baked biscuits, great for dunking in Cofee, Cocoa, Milk. When I'm able to talk to my cousin, I'll try and remember to ask her to send me a copy of Nonna's recipe, but I do know she used Anise seeds as well as an Anisette liquor which of course the alcohol cooks out, and the amount of Anisette liqueur used was very small, but man they were good. Anyway it's been awhile since I've actually made these over two decades, but here's a guide I found online....

My older son loves them. Brings back memories of his Uncle Bernie.

I had a biscotti from a coffeehouse in December. It was honestly like eating a brick even after it was dipped in the coffee..pass...but I hope you enjoy yours!

Do you make pizzelles? I have an iron but haven't made them in years. My mother always made them with Anisette.
