Hi, Do you know jengkol? Many people do not like it because causes bad breath and urine after consumption, even two or three days ahead. But many also like the texture. Archidendron pauciflorum or commonly called jengkol (in Indonesia), is a typical plant of Southeast Asia. The fruit is in the form of pods and is flattened. If consumed and processed properly jengkol turns out to also have nutrients for the body, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber. But if consumed in excess, there can be a buildup of crystals in the urinary tract. I like to try different kinds of food flavors. More suggest : Don't eat this "jengkol" if you want to go dating
