Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I believe that any kind of physical activity be it gyming, walking, swimming, playing sports etc helps us a great deal.
Workout/Exercise not only is helpful for maintaining a healthy fit body but helps a great deal mentally too. Since this pandemic, we all are stuck at home since long time hence all days aren't good. Some days are very stressful.
Exercise helps in releasing any kind of stress, makes you feel refreshed and energized. So if you aren't doing any activity, start now and start slowly, meaning don't workout lot on first day itself. The ones who are doing it, keep up the spirit.

Wow. Glad to know. It's one of the best exercise. I don't know swimming though

Exercise for many is really a stress reliever. It's a good therapy if your having bad days. It also not only energizes my body but my mood and spirit at the same time.
