How’s your Saturday going folks? I hope that everyone is doing well.
My mind was a bit off this afternoon at work. While I’m doing my job in front of my PC, I was also listening to a political discussion from my phone sitting beside the PC monitor. Since I am focusing with my work, I’d no longer paying attention that much to the discussion but I could still hear it. When I’m about to use my phone for a call, I noticed that it’s not around in the area of the table where it’s place. I looked for it and I was confused where and when was the last time that I was holding the phone. I asked my co-worker if he had notice me using my phone but he did not. A moment later when my senses went back and able to hear the people in the discussion, I realized how crazy I was for not remembering that I’m using my phone. I felt shame but thankfully my co-worker did not notice my craziness.
In photo is a half loaf of carrot bread that I bought for snack this afternoon

It's not unusual anyway, it happens all the time to people who are so preoccupied with what they are doing. And I am guilty about it. Lol!

Did you also experience, after you are halfway climbing the stairs you forgot if you are going up or going down the stairs? lol!

It happens more with me with tools, when I'm in full concentration with what I'm working on and suddenly I get distracted.
