I Finally Got Through

I finally finally finally got through to Keurig.com customer service. My Keurig has been broken for a while now. Every attempt at telephone calls to Keurig.com ended up being disconnected by the customer service. First I could not understand the person. Next there was a ton of static. Following the call would just be disconnected. A very nice lady answered tonight. Yes, there was static but we managed to converse. She told me to throw away the broke Keurig and that I am going to receive a replacement in 3 to 7 business days! Woo Hoo! I did not give up.

Good for you. There is hardly any live person manning the customer service phone line of companies nowadays. Everything is automated.

Oh wow! You did well in not giving up. I just received my Keurig a k mini one two weeks ago i think and I’m loving it. I just hope it won’t break at all because i don’t think i would be able to reach customer service for that.
