hi, friend? how are you on the weekend Today I want to review a book that is quite famous, namely "Atomic Habits". This book reviews that small positive changes that are made consistently will make big changes in your life. This book is worth reading for everyone, especially people who are sometimes lazy and sometimes inconsistent like me. This book has light language, summaries at the end of chapters, words of wisdom that touch readers, and enable readers to do what is written in this book. maybe that's all i can write In your opinion, do you have a favorite book? photo : from google

Yes, I do. And I keep reading it over and over again so that I can internalised all the teachings.

I will try to find that book and I hope I will find time to read. I used to like to read but these days it seems my mind is always occupied with different things
