Day 113 2 Chronicles 6:22 If a man sin against his neighbor and an oath be laid upon him to make him swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house; 23 Then hear thou from heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, by requiting the wicked, by recompensing his way upon his own head; and by justifying the righteous, by giving him according to his righteousness. We all sin. You cannot go through a day without sinning. Every day you see news stories showing the degradation people stoop to in harming their neighbors, friends, family without apology. Instead, they wear their actions as a badge of honor. Solomon, in his prayer of dedication, prayed for those who sin against their neighbor. He asked God to judge unrepentant sinners and justify the righteous. As Christians, when you do something wrong, your actions bring conviction. When the Holy Spirit brings conviction, you need to pray for God to forgive you and turn your life around. When you do, you will find peace and favor in your life from God in everything you do. Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. (KJV) Let’s pray: Father, I know I’m a sinner. Let Your Holy Spirit convict me of sin so I can repent and change my life to reflect You in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
