I like the way that three 11 year old boys named Johnny Ward, Luca Montemore and Jacob McDonald handled the pressure of assisting their bus driver who fell ill behind the wheel while driving her school bus to Cocopah Middle School in Scottsdale Arizona on Friday morning. It is amazing to me that children of their age have knowledge of the use of cellphones and other forms of communications that they used to call 911 to report the news that their bus driver who is female who nearly passed out from her illness. Luca was the young boy who called 911 on his cellphone to ask for help to send paramedics to the site of the incident where the female bus driver who was likely parked on the road fell ill. Jacob used his iPhone to assist the authorities to locate the location of where the incident took place as well as tell the mother of his bus driver that she loved her in case she would pass away. Thank goodness the paramedics arrived at the scene of the incident and took the bus driver to a local hospital. Due to privacy reasons, .what caused the illness of the bus driver was not disclosed. The good news is that the bus driver is resting at home recovering from her health scare. Cocopah Middle School Principal Nick Noonen is impressed with the poise that the young boys displayed under pressure.

@Deepizzaguy true. Not all boys their age would think of doing that

@rakski That is true since many of them would have been scared and ran away or taunted the driver.

That is true since other children might have been scared or shocked into fear knowing what to do.

That was a very mature thing for the boys to do. So often kids that age are just causing trouble!!
