Corned beef and Mushrooms

Hello my Lotters! It is lunch time in the Philippines now, and I prepared a simple viand for us. I can relate to some moms out there or to those who will cook and will think of a menu for a given day and its sometimes hard to think or hard to come up with a menu for the day. For our lunch we had canned corned beef mixed with canned mushrooms . I did not go to the market for a while since we were just finished with our quarantine as a family. Its easy to prepare just sautè garlic and onion first then add the corned beef and the mushrooms and let it simmer and its done . We are just waiting for our rice to be ready and we will eat . How about you fellow lotters have you had your lunch? What did you have? Or do you have viand in mind too?
